To tell the truth, when I think of Chris Evans I think bland, bland bland, bland, bland (though he does look hot in that picture).
Maybe I just haven't seen him in the right things.
But I'm gonna have to go with Beatty on this one.
Considering we're talking about who's hotter, then I have to go with Chris.

This one's so difficult-Warren should be the obvious choice, but my loins cry out to Chris, so I'm going with Mr. Evans.
Warren Beatty. He really is the king of Hollywood. So my vote goes to Warren, but Chris is a young hottie.
